Submission to the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body on the appeal and grievance processes

This submission outlines Carbon Market Watch’s recommendations to the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body, as well as a comparison of the Independent Redress Mechanism of the Green Climate Fund with the current draft appeal and grievance processes. CMW urges the Supervisory Body to hold a structured consultation of at least one month before proceeding with the next version of the procedure. In its current condition, the draft procedure is not ready for adoption at the 11th meeting of the Supervisory Body.
