In the context of the European Commission’s upcoming proposal on quality restrictions on the use of industrial gas offsets in the EU Emissions Trading Scheme, CDM Watch and EIA have produced a Q&A setting out our main concerns regarding two specific types of waste gas abatement project under the CDM , namely HFC-23 and N2O from adipic acid.
